A native of Nacogdoches, Texas, Reverend Anderson graduated from Oberlin College and Drew University of Theology. He received further training in Clinical Pastoral Education. He was formerly pastor of Zion UCC in Baltimore and Associate Director of Hoffman Homes for Youth in Gettysburg, PA. He is married with two children and four grandchildren. A powerfully gifted, down-to-earth preacher, his messages provide Biblical challenge and promise.

A graduate of the Peabody Institute in music performance with a Masters in piano pedagogy from Catholic University, Debra provides a wide range of musical offerings. In addition to her responsibilities with Pilgrim Church, she is also a teacher of music with Montgomery County Public Schools.

A gifted and highly versatile teacher of vocal music, Michael received his Bachelor’s degree from Longwood University in music education with a concentration in voice and piano. He was formerly the Director of Vocal and Keyboard Activities at Suitland Performing Arts Center and served as organist and choir director with several churches in southern Maryland and Virginia. Michael is also Director of the Chesapeake Choral Arts Society.
